Choose a suite or the whole house and your dates. Nothing is charged.

We confirm
Within a day, by email, with the full price in LKR and our bank details.

Pay by transfer
Within three days. We hold your dates until then, and confirm once it arrives.
Before you come
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00. If your flight allows, tell us and we will hold the room or a shower for you.
Can we bring children?
Yes. The Loft takes a third bed, and we have a cot and high chair. The courtyard pool has no fence, so children under twelve need an adult with them.
Do you arrange airport transfers?
We can send a car to Bandaranaike International (CMB). The drive is about two hours on the expressway. We quote the price with your stay.
Is there a minimum stay?
Two nights for most of the year, and three nights between 15 December and 10 January.
How do we pay?
Send an enquiry and we confirm your dates by email with the full price in LKR. You then pay by bank transfer within three days to hold them.
